DISTANT SELLING TERMS & CONDITIONS
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, starting from the day after you receive the goods.
The good(s) must be returned within 7 days of cancellation at your own expense. Please remember to obtain a proof of Despatch certificate as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We will refund you within 30 days of receipt of good(s) less the carriage charges incurred in delivering the goods and any refund charges impossed by the Credit Card Company.
All good(s) must be returned complete, unused, unopened and in the same prime condition as recevied, together wuth the original box and packaging in an undamaged abd reseable condition.
You must take care of the good(s) whilst in your possession. No refund will be issued until the good(s) have been recevied and inspected by us.
SECURITY
All on-line credit card transactions take place on SECPay SSL secure servers.
WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
All credit card details are entered and stored securely by the SECPay service.
All credit card orders can only be delivered to the cardholder’s address.
All prices are £ Sterling and include VAT @ 17.5%.

Delivery is normally within 5 working days (U.K.) and is the responsibility of the buyer once the order has been received by them.
As a company we make every effort to maintain stock levels but, as we introduce new items, we phase out some of the old ones. Inevitably stock levels of these items will fall.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
If an order needs to be cancelled please contact us at sales@savinauk.com . immediately. If we are unable to fulfill an order we will contact you with an alternative or you may request to cancel the order.

Any complaints should be sent to sales@savinauk.com . We endeavour to answer complaints within 48 hours. and complaints are treated in strict confidence.
